Looking at the cell movement in the UK we have realised that supervision and coaching of cell leaders is essential. If a supervisor is not regularly visiting the cell and coaching the cell leader, the church leaders are working blind. Our booklet, entitled Equipped to Supervise, gives an overview of the role of the cell coach and is full of practical insights. This booklet aims to help equip those who are supporting cell leaders.
