Shipping and payment
We aim to dispatch online orders as soon as received and no later than 3-5 days after receipt. However, should an item be out of stock it may take up to 21 days for delivery. Also, please note that over bank holidays and during the July and August holiday period your order may take us a week to ten days to process due to staff holidays.
Should you require an urgent delivery please call the Cell UK Office on 01582 463330 10.00am to 3.00pm Tuesday and Thursday, and between 12.30pm to 3.00pm Wednesdays and we will endeavour to fast track your order. Please note that we may have to charge additional postage if you require delivery within 48 hours.
We currently accept payment online by credit/debit card or PayPal. In order to avoid orders going to the wrong address please make sure your PayPal account is up to date and the correct shipping address entered. Whilst we will do all we can to resolve any postage disputes we cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address.
We are currently unable to accept online orders from customers outside the UK. To place an order please email us on email@example.com so that we can calculate the cost of postage before the order is received. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
We hope to be able to set up an EU and worldwide zone rate in the near future.

Our online shipping costs are calculated using a table rate depending on the total cost of an order. This currently covers the actual amount of postage and packing required to send your order and is shown below:
