Payment

We currently accept payment online by credit/debit card or PayPal. In order to avoid orders going to the wrong address please make sure your PayPal account is up to date and the correct shipping address entered. Whilst we will do all we can to resolve any postage disputes we cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address.

Overseas postage

We are currently unable to accept online orders from customers outside the UK. To place an order please email us on cellukresources@oval.com so that we can calculate the cost of postage before the order is received. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

We hope to be able to set up an EU and worldwide zone rate in the near future.

UK postage rates

Our online shipping costs are calculated using a table rate depending on the total cost of an order. This covers the actual amount of postage and packing required to send your order and is shown below:

“      £15.00          = £2.00
”      £20.00         = £2.50
”      £30.00         = £3.50
“      £40.00         = £4.95
over £40.00       = FREE

We aim to despatch online orders as soon as received and no later than 3-5 days after receipt. However, should an item be out of stock it may take up to 14 days for delivery.

Should you require an urgent delivery please call the Cell UK Office on 01582 463330 10.00am to 3.00pm Tuesday and Thursday, and between 12.30pm to 3.00pm Wednesdays.
